I love how they think it wouldn’t be dramatic enough to just have someone pick a loaded gun up and have it not make a sound. Sure the script would have to be written a bit differently because if you’re just pointing a gun at someone like in the case of the Wayne Unser clip shown, Juice would have had to say something or do something else in order to get his attention… big deal though.
If Glock came out with a polymer frame revolver with an external hammer, Hollywood would love it.
Thoughts? Does this bug you or do you not even notice?
What about Sons Of Anarchy too huh? Like with The Walking Dead, I go through stages and seasons of loving/hating the show. Oh well SOA is on it’s last season now so whatever happens happens.

Since I don’t follow games like some of you guys do, what’s the verdict on the Splinter Cell franchise? I played Rainbow 6 back in the day and thought it was pretty good.

I hate to think how much that camera is worth. I think it’s pretty safe to assume that if google uses it, I can’t afford it though. Even if I could afford it, my ammunition requirement would increase exponentially because of all the awesome shooting footage I would need to get.

Luckily the article goes onto say that metamaterials ( which is what they refer to this field of science as ) are very difficult and time consuming to create. Hopefully the TSA doesn’t blow this out of proportion or we will all be flying naked soon with gags in our mouths over fear of acoustic terrorism.
It will be interesting to see what new inventions and applications come out of this.
