tannerite

Microwave doors come at your faster:

LOL dudes literally will never learn.  If you put tannerite inside something and shoot it, stuff is going to fly when it explodes.

If you hit up youtube and knock out a search or two, you’ll see that people have been getting themselves in bad situations with Tannerite for as long as it has existed.  One of the worst was a guy shot a riding lawnmower jammed 3lbs of Tannerite, and a piece of it flew off… he ended up losing his leg 😬.  There’s also the classic video of the guy shooting the full size fridge… and the explosion sends the fridge door back at him.

Thoughts?

Hmmmm… NOT ideal.  Dude lost his leg:

Full Story – USA Today

tannerite-binary-explosive-targetOUCH.  0:25 – 43 ft away according to the reporter later on in the video.  Awful close for such shenanigans.

Remember when FPS Russia got a truck door flung at him with some similar tannerite derp?  Yea him and his camera man got lucky… 3:30 in this video.

I’m actually surprised more people don’t get hurt using the stuff.  People just aren’t careful enough. Thoughts?

Gat tip: Thanks to everyone who sent this in.

425 lbs:

Demolition-Ranch-ENDO-Selector-SwitchNice! haha at least it worked this time.  It honestly didn’t look that big compared to some of the other YouTube videos I’ve seen.  Maybe that’s because this was buried though, I don’t know.

When you see a vertical video you just KNOW shit is about to go down:

Dat roll and bounce tho.  Fake?  Can you tell by the pixels?

Looks-Shopped-Tell-By-PixelsROFL you guys need to click through the video to YouTube and read the comments.  There are some shenanigans with BREAK stealing the video and putting it up on their website (non-youtube embed, so the dude doesn’t get any money out of it), in addition to several other funny comments about emailing the guy about licensing.

Thoughts?  “Mike you shouldn’t post stuff like this, it’s just adding fuel to the flames for the ban of Tannerite.”…  I can see it now.

Arrested for attempting to make a bomb?! Well this is unfortunate for him:

Dan-Bilzerian

From the TMZ story:

We’ve learned an arrest warrant was issued in Clark County, Nevada. Bilerzian has been charged with violating a law making it a crime to possess an explosive or incendiary device with the intent to manufacture it.

According to the criminal complaint — obtained by TMZ — Bilzerian had ammonium and aluminum powder, along with ammonium nitrate mix — and when mixed it acts like pure TNT.

Oh shit… sounds like he may have mixed Tannerite and then didn’t use it immediately.  Easy mistake to make for sure if you didn’t read the warnings, and didn’t have anyone around to tell you specifically not to do that.  That’s the problem with all these laws… some you wouldn’t even think would exist, but they do.  He really should just have a lawyer follow him literally everywhere like his girlfriend and assistant do.  Yea that would probably be a bit a real buzz kill with a man of the law being like “Dan, I’d be real careful what you do next with that Victoria’s Secret model before she signs this waiver”, but if you want to do crazy things and not have to spend time in jail, maybe it’s a good move.

tannerite-binary-explosive-targetDan is currently being held without bail, and apparently could do 1-6 years in prison.  Wow, weak!  Well who knows if this will even stick once more details emerge.

Thoughts?  Do you think some ATF playerhaters hating, or do you think there might be a legitimate case here?

Taofladermaus tries to foil Tannerite’s claim of non-flammability:

Taofledermaus-ENDOLooks like Tannerite was right!

haha well adding magnesium changed the game a bit, but that was to be expected.

I talked to Taofledermaus about making up a tannerite shotgun load, I’m not sure if he looked into it yet but we both agreed it might be kind of sketchy legally and safety-wise.
