Depends on the officer and if he feels like actually charging you. I think the normal charge is disorderly conduct, and I beleive they can go as far as charging you as a terrorist threat, but I doubt the terrorist charge would stick all the way through court.
I gotta hand it to him, despite all the cowadooty stuff he’s done and all the gimmicky and unsafe stuff, he sure can control a full auto .308 pretty well.

What he is talking about is probably “Auditory Exclusion”. This is a real effect in which the shooter hears little or nothing from his own shots, but it does NOT prevent hearing damage at all.
