Buck Yeager On Say It To My Face And We Will See What Happens

Free trip to Camden Tennessee to call this man a coward:

His gracious offer:

If you want to call me a coward I will buy you a plane ticket or pay for your gas or whatever I need to do to get you here to Camden Tennessee and let you say it to my face.

*facepalm* and then what?  He will break your fucking back?

Having pride is one thing, but this is getting out of hand; this guy is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.  I’m thinking someone should show up in Camden with a lawyer and call Yeager a coward while the lawyer witnesses it / films it.  Unless he’s all talk, you’ll likely get your back broken and be beaten to within inches of your life, but when all that’s over the payday would be incredible.

Yeager is very confident there’s no one out there that is bigger and stronger than him, which is surprising considering he’s ex-military / law enforcement and both those occupations aren’t normally filled with weak tiny guys… so unless he really does think he’s invincible I’m sure he even personally knows a number of guys that could annihilate him.

Thoughts?  Oh yea, and it looks like Buck Yeager is back.  I was hoping Good Guy Yeager would have a longer run, but what can you do.

Chris December 6, 2012 at 12:35 am

Ha ha I think I saw what started this. It actually started with Yeager calling a certain business owner who is currently overseas a coward.

PJ December 6, 2012 at 12:59 pm

If you don’t mind telling who was it? See if you can find a link. If he’s the one who actually started this he really is a jackass.

SittingDown December 6, 2012 at 03:44 pm

Ditch Twitch Yeager threatens to “kill” someone on the phone just for asking a question:

ENDO-Mike December 6, 2012 at 03:49 pm

heavyfire7537 December 6, 2012 at 05:51 pm

Wow ! I believe that is called premeditation. I get being pissed but old bucky has some issues that may cost him his freedom and or money some day.

Linoge December 7, 2012 at 06:18 am

I dare say that coward’s days of being a free individual are quite numbered…

James December 6, 2012 at 12:45 am

I love how he refers to himself as a “combat Vet”, when he was never in the military. He’s a fucking douchebag contractor. Fuck you, James Yeager, for not having the sack to serve in the military.

Kristophr December 8, 2012 at 02:50 pm

Which outfit did he work for?

They have an incredibly bad rep even on Gabe’s board. You gotta be a brave man to work for Custer-Battles … they get contractors killed to save a buck.

Max December 6, 2012 at 01:23 am

I hate that this guy is even from my state. It kinda makes the rest of us look bad. Not to mention the arrogance the man has.

jarrad December 6, 2012 at 01:24 am

James you said what I was going to say. he has never served a day in his life. A brand new ITB private has more balls than this tool. This grandstanding is stupid along with his putting cameramen down range with the likes of Tex Grebner. Notice his is the only school ole Tex has gone to. Because any worthwhile instructor has NFE ole Tex

Ray December 6, 2012 at 01:25 am

I would gladly fly across the Atlantic ocean to say it to his face but unfortunately due to an injury sustained during the service of my country I am left with a guffy spine. I can only suspect that Buck is either mentally ill or a juice head, there is nothing else that can answer his up and down videos.

Steve D. December 6, 2012 at 01:53 am

Can we challenge him to anything we choose and then call him a coward for not doing it?

How about drinking a pint of donkey semen like Daniel Tosh challenged his tour manager to do.

..or how about challenging Yeager to stop a moving freight train with his head?
Catch a bullet in his teeth?
Stick a frag grenade up his ass and pull the pin (also pry out the lever from his anus – obviously!).

I’m not man enough (or stupid) to do any of those, but if someone accepted and performed either of those they certainly wouldn’t be a coward in my book.

cc19 December 6, 2012 at 02:07 am

Sounds like he, “disabled comments,” from the wrong side of the fence…

Cargosquid December 6, 2012 at 09:27 am

Comments aren’t disabled… or am I missing somethng?

Bane December 6, 2012 at 02:16 am

At first, I thought that this guy is just plain stupid. And it would be like that if this is a real world. But it’s not, it’s just internet. And by posting crap like that on internet, he is achieving 2 things: attracting newcomers to his courses (“look how bad ass he is!”), and he give sort of justification for guys already trained with him (same thing, “look how bad ass he is!”). Anyhow, I don’t buy it, but someone will.

Josh December 6, 2012 at 04:38 am

LMAO. This guy is such a douchebag it’s comical.

Jon Hutto December 6, 2012 at 05:20 am

Coward? hmm. no. Idiot maybe.
With a strange muscle spasm.

overkill556x45 December 6, 2012 at 05:33 am

Yeager gives me a lot of hope. If I get laid off this winter, I can get some more tattoos and start a school. I’ve been in combat more times, and we actually won all of them. Doesn’t that make me *more* qualified?

TheUnicorn December 6, 2012 at 08:51 am

No you won’t you are all talk and a coward like Ol’ Bucky here… :)

dave w December 6, 2012 at 09:22 am

Get a shorts wearing hoochy momma as sidekick and i think you are good to go

overkill556x45 December 6, 2012 at 05:20 pm

I don’t know about a hoochy in shorts, but I do have an Army buddy who can grow a wicked mohawk. And he has WAY more tattoos than me, so I think between the two of us, we’re good to go. If anyone questions us, we’ll break their fucking back.

dave w December 6, 2012 at 07:44 pm

i like it!

Dville Rocks December 6, 2012 at 06:13 am

I going to find someone willing to take the beating so Yeager will become a convicted felon – then his guns will be gone and his youtube channel will fade away. This guy is just a loser. How about we round up the money and send old Buck to Camden, NJ and watch him be a coward?

Rodger Young December 6, 2012 at 01:39 pm

did it work that way for Gabe Suarez?

Dville Rocks December 6, 2012 at 05:38 pm

Gabe was not convicted of a felony or a prohibiting offense.

Al T. December 7, 2012 at 10:10 am

Actually he was convicted.

Tam December 8, 2012 at 02:02 pm

I thought he plead to the misdemeanor to avoid the felony?

Jim December 9, 2012 at 11:32 pm

Gabe was not convicted of a felony. Clearly a felon could not own firearms or do the things that Mr. Suarez does. Try understanding the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony before you make incorrect comments in public next time.

Rodger Young December 10, 2012 at 02:57 am

I know the difference chief and Gabe plea bargained his charges down to multiple misdemeanors. As I said “did it work that way for Gabe Suarez?”

Rodger Young December 10, 2012 at 04:13 am
Linoge December 6, 2012 at 06:18 am

I have been within 30 minutes of Yeager’s residence, and even spent some time chatting with one of his former co-workers; the individual is, quite literally, not worth the time.

That said, it never ceases to amaze and disappoint me that such a cowardly imbecile (and, yes, I would call Yeager that to his face, with both witnesses on-hand and cameras rolling) who is so massively ignorant of the law (or who so massively disregards it) thinks he is well-suited for teaching people how to lawfully defend themselves.

Suffice to say, here in Tennessee, someone calling you a “coward” is an insufficient reason to “break their back”, or even so much as lay a hand upon them. Ironically, if you were to call Yeager a “coward”, then he were to start attacking/assaulting/battering you, you would be, as I understand it, legally justified in shooting his pathetic ass to the ground (IANAL and all that). Then, in the inevitable court case, all of the videos showing Yeager threatening people… well, you figure out how it would go.

Rodger Young December 10, 2012 at 04:51 am

Now, I’m not familiar with TN law, but generally, if you go to the place that you’ve been warned off of then you can be seen (and there is a lot of court/PA discretion in this) to have provoked whatever altercation arises. There’s a certain degree of negligence involved, in this case on par with jumping fences marked “Dangerous Dog.”

Ex: JY says, “If you come over here and call me a coward I’ll break your back.” You then go over there and call him a coward and he breaks your back. The court could look at you and ask, “Given that you knew that would happen, why did you go?” Clue, “pride wouldn’t let me” is not a reasonable answer.

It’s on par with someone saying they’ll beat you up next time they see you so you then go home, get a gun and drive to their home. They attack you, you shoot them, you’re the bad guy. Or, in a scenario more often encountered, someone is behaving badly outside your home, possibly even threatening to break in, so you open the door, step outside and dump them. That’s going to complicate your defence in court.

Given that Camden has, what? 3,000 residents, and that Yeager has some connection to local LE I can see where there might be some kind of Deliverance scene played out. Not a good scenario considering you wouldn’t be able to CCW and, in my case, multi-state exfil would be a logistical challenge.

liquidflorian December 6, 2012 at 07:04 pm

Yeah, Uwe dropped the challenge and got a ton of people that took it up. Uwe was an amateur boxer and he had several amateur boxers reply. Uwe picked a fat guy, a little kid, and some other geeky guy to fight though so it didn’t mean much.

Robert December 6, 2012 at 11:52 am

“It’s over a little incident in Iraq.”

Wow. Just wow.

PJ December 6, 2012 at 12:51 pm

You guys obviously have him all wrong. If you take him up on the offer what he’s going to do is have a nice, civil conversation on the psychology of anonymous talk on the internet and explain the circumstances surrounding the incident so that you can see that whatever he did or didn’t do was completely justified. Then he’ll ask you to publicly apologize and admit that he’s an ok guy. It’s only if you refuse that he’s going to break your back.

In all seriousness that’s not as bad I thought it was going to be. He seemed pretty calm up until about 1:35. I don’t know him and don’t know near enough about what happened so without talking to the people that were actually there I think it’s kinda unfair to make any judgment call about his behavior under fire. That said his character can be judged based on how he presents himself. He doesn’t come across like a really great guy based on his videos and making this offer doesn’t make him look any better. If he really wanted to come across as a better man in the end of the video he’d say, “I was there you weren’t. The guys I was with don’t think I was a coward. If you do I really don’t care because you have nothing to back it up.” Instead we get angry, jackass Yeager back.

jpcmt December 6, 2012 at 03:07 pm

It’s not so much what he did, or didn’t do in Iraq, it’s the fact that he uses that experience to fuel his arrogant claims to combat mastery. He got to be in a gun fight, fled and pee’d his pants and hid in a ditch, or “whatever”, and then awards himself with the accolades that are shared by real operators who have actually mastered combat and the ability to train effectively the life-saving combat skills learned personally. He failed in combat and he sucks at life..making him a poor quality trainer as evident in his many spastic videos. If he didn’t troll the crap he gets, he would just be regarded ignorantly as a good firearms and combat trainer…like Sonny P was until his negligent killhouse mishap.

nikonmikon December 6, 2012 at 04:00 pm

“it’s the fact that he uses that experience to fuel his arrogant claims to combat master”

Just because you think this doesn’t make it true. That’s called an opinion son.

I’d say his arrogant claims to combat mastery come from him constantly training around the country with all the big names and then coming back to his own school and teaching what he learned from them.

I’ve NEVER seen him say his combat experience in Iraq makes him king shit of fuck mountain.

jpcmt December 6, 2012 at 04:47 pm

Watch his videos more closely, he refers to his experience plenty and we know it’s not his LEO experience. But yes, he definitely regurgitates what he gets from real expert trainers..the quiet guys who don’t like fanfare, who aren’t arrogant, who are open to change and progressing in their craft. Mike Panone is one that comes to mind.

nikonmikon December 6, 2012 at 04:50 pm

Ok I will watch his videos and I’ll compare them to yours. You do have videos right? Ah okay man. I’ll wait for you to make some.

pube December 6, 2012 at 06:46 pm

pube December 6, 2012 at 06:48 pm

for real dawg i need ur help with my m1 I’m getting rack grade and I need to refinish the stock

PJ December 6, 2012 at 04:37 pm

Him being called a coward has nothing to with his claims to “combat mastery.” Him being called a coward based solely on what happened in Iraq, which I (and almost everyone else,) don’t know enough about to make a judge him on with regards to cowardice. However, like I said in the above comment, he can be judged based on how he presents himself. He comes across as an arrogant jerk based on a lot of his public behavior. He’s given people plenty of reasons not to like him. But that doesn’t necessarily make him a coward.

I also have to agree with nikon on the source of the arrogance. He’s arrogant because some people listen to him.

nikonmikon December 6, 2012 at 04:56 pm

I don’t think he’s arrogant because some people listen to him (he’d be arrogant even without an audience), I think he’s arrogant because that’s just how he is. People are different. That’s what makes us great.

I’m glad you’re one of the few people here who won’t pass judgement on his actions under fire. Seems like everyone on the internet is an armchair operator.

At the end of the day I am fairly certain that even if you called him a coward, he’d save your life if the situation ever arises. He may be a dick but he isn’t heartless. Quite contrary, I think that because of the deaths during that incident in Iraq he probably wants to keep people from having to go through the same thing he did (not saying he was wrong in what he did) and that’s probably what fuels him to train as hard as says he does.

Truthfully no one is perfect. Just like he said in his video. People make mistakes and battle is a very rough thing. Sometimes there is no positive outcome.

Busdriver December 6, 2012 at 12:54 pm

What if it’s a trick? He’ll pay some money to fly you out to his place so you can call him a coward with your lawyer watching or whatever, and then he just politely disagrees with you and offers you a drink, maybe even offers to discuss the specifics of the incident in Iraq and what he did wrong. You come off looking like an asshole, and he gets to be seen as a reasonable guy who might be worth taking a class from.

ENDO-Mike December 6, 2012 at 03:52 pm

Yea that was my initial thought until his not so thinly veiled threat at the end of the video in this post. Also, he flat out says he’s going to kill the guy that make the prank call today in this post – https://www.everydaynodaysoff.com/2012/12/06/buck-yeager-on-say-it-to-my-face-and-we-will-see-what-happens/comment-page-1/#comment-78302

So, if a disabled vet calls him a coward he gets a free trip AND free training, fuck I should have pushed for that PH!

SittingDown December 6, 2012 at 03:00 pm

The Ditch Twitch train wreck continues!

Verbatim (from video comments):

“I trained over 4,000 people this year. I decide what is professional.”
-James Yeager in reply to EricWolfborn

in response to:

“The only way to prove how much of an adult you are is to challenge them to a fight out by the jungle gym on the playground. You’ve got a professional brand to sell. Flipping out all the time just makes you look amateurish. If anything, losing your cool on a regular basis is a really good way to lend validity to the claims people are making, and hurts your brand. You’d be much better served with a single, calm rebuttal and ignoring it after that to discredit the claims.”

farmerjoe December 6, 2012 at 03:27 pm

Man, I really wish this level of stupid were painful. I generally chalk stuff like this up to ‘roid rage, a Napoleon complex, or a series of head injuries from a bad upbringing. I’m not sure what Buck Yeager’s issues stem from, but he really needs to seek professional help. I’m sure he’s scary in person, in that “soil myself while I uncontrollably cry and masturbate” sort of way, but I find him far from physically threatening.

Dom P. December 6, 2012 at 03:28 pm

Mike I say you make a special post so we have a link to all send you a 4 second video clip saying “Buck Yeager, your a coward”. Then connect all the clips together and post it on youtube and your blog for him to see. Lets see him buy a couple hundred plane tickets.

liquidflorian December 6, 2012 at 07:10 pm

Doesn’t this establish mens rea for any future incident he gets into?

PJ December 6, 2012 at 08:00 pm

No. You need mens rea for the individual incident. It would probably be used as evidence though if anyone actually takes him up and he attacks them.

matt December 6, 2012 at 10:06 pm

I sent him (and everyone else at Tactical Response) a email saying i’d take him up on it, and provided my name and address so he could send me a plane ticket. He replied

“It will be a one way “E-ticket” so no paper ticket will be mailed. I will need your full name and date of birth for the ticket. There will be no need for a hotel.”

And I sent him that info. I wonder if i’m going to get a free tip to wherever the hell he is.

TheUncorn December 6, 2012 at 10:28 pm

@matt, I tried calling several times and nothing. never thought of emailing. A one way ticket, how will you get home… a body bag? good luck.

Jim P. December 6, 2012 at 11:47 pm

This is what I posted on the the video in 500 characters:

I will never consider you a coward. You were able to shoot back in whatever form or fashion.

I do consider you dangerous for the fact that you place people downrange from the firing line unnecessarily; especially with “amateurs” on the firing line. I agree with the idea of “practice as you will probably shoot”. But I want CCL holders to consider the idea that FTF is not probable, and that they have to concentrate on the target and non-combatants in front and behind the bad guy.

I’m a USAF vet, but not a combat/VFW vet. I don’t doubt it takes some kind of courage to go into a combat zone whether under military orders or as a contractor.

My objection is how he doesn’t do realistic training for the typical CCW holder. He wants to train to a military standard that uninvolved targets can be shot with the bad guys.

DougE December 7, 2012 at 12:05 am

Hey Mike,

It’s about time for another give-away promotion isn’t it? If James isn’t coward enough to actually post the video of someone calling him a “coward,” why not try to track him down and give him a t-shirt or something?
