Also on topic, the logos on the shirts are often cryptic enough that they don’t scare the sheep, but they show your love and support for shooting sports and defensive arms.
further on topic. I have mixed feelings. I’ve seen a ton of people doing these youtube open carry “Stings” where they carry silly guns (like the dude with the .22 MP5 clone….its a training gun not a defensive gun, dude!) with full intent on getting stopped.
Still many of these jackasses have gotten police to review their policies and educate their officers on the laws they already should have known, and what behaviors are appropriate and inappropriate for peace officers.
In the end my state is crappy with open carry, but I frequently carry where it is completely legal, but I choose not to for many reasons.
Still every last one of us can have a wardrobe malfunction or a freak event where our guns might get exposed accidentally. The OC people are protecting us from trouble too!
Also how will the bad guys know we’re packing if they don’t see us from time-to-time? I’d rather not send one of their buddies to the morgue in a defensive situation as the only way to send the message.
