Every time there’s a mass shooting, for the next month you’ll hear “the shooter this… the shooter that.. his family this… his life that” but when somebody stops a mass shooting all you hear is this *cricket noises*

I’m starting to think that the initial hurdle we still have to overcome is the “guns kill people” fear, which most people who are against or scared of guns have. It’s like yea exactly, guns do kill people and that’s the point. I have yet to hear a solid argument against legal carry as a means for stopping threats such as mass shootings.

The idea behind banning the sale and manufacture of Semi-Autos and Standard capacity magazines is to “dry up” so that the criminals/insane cannot get them. It could work, but after 200 years, by then no one will care since other things will have had replaced them a few times over. The only thing this helps is make sheeple feel “safe” while screwing over the Lawful Citizen and their 2nd Amendment. Mass Shootings while tragic are still a statistical anomaly. Fix it now with an armed populace, or wait 200 years for something that factually doesn’t work.
