Interesting that this channel is based in Slovenia. I’m not too worldly so maybe that isn’t interesting to anyone but me. We don’t really see all that much funny gun related content with any production value coming out of any countries other than the US and occasionally Canada.

I never said that you were wrong, the AK magazine is very well made, if not a little heavy. The first rifle I ever bought was an SAR-1 and I still love it. I was more mocking the video and continuing on with the whole, “AK magazine is great, it can do things you never though of” hyperbole that the video demonstrated.
It was no hyperbole, comrade. Yes, sometimes I write like stereotypical Russian.
In all seriousness, AK mags are practical for other purposes than filling ammunition in your gun. All Russian firearms are built like that. Then again pretty much everything is, you just have to Macgyver it. I never really got the whole weight thing, I tried walking around with 10 KG on me and it wasn’t that bad, you jsut have to distribute it.
