Sig P320 CGI Assembly Commercial

Sig really strikes the primer with this one (har har har):

Sig-P320-CommercialNice one.  I don’t know anything about the pistol, but I like the commercial.  Looks like a copy of a Glock to me, because yes all polymer frame striker fired pistols are Glock copies to me.

They have a website called Sig Evolution you can check out if you wish. I have to admit that MPX looks pretty sweet.

Thoughts?

Michael Bay called, he wants his “horrible” back.

Not talking about the gun, just the commercial. I really like the idea of having a pistol with a serialized receiver that can work with different slides, barrels, frames and calibers. One pistol, one manual of arms, tons of money for extra parts to keep in a box somewhere.

That’s a good commercial. A lot more interesting than someone breaking into a house and homeowner goes for their night stand gun or the CCW holder does errands around town, etc.

Love the animation, but it’s too fast to fully appreciate.

It’s Sig’s decade old answer to it losing market share to other polymer striker guns that cost $400 less than a Sig.

There are Glocks, and then there are over-engineered, over-complicated Glocks with extra parts and widgets designed to try to get around Glock patents and still be enough like Glocks to work almost as well as Glocks and to fool people who don’t know or don’t care that only Glock makes Glocks, but they are not and will never be Glocks. This is one of those other Glocks .

But… is it available in a Rainbow Diamond Plate finish?

Really no company could be more lame than “Sig” after they took on the Kimber marketing douche. They should redouble all their efforts where they’ve proven to be of some use; circumnavigating NFA regulations.
Whatever happened to that not-an-SBR I saw at SHOT with the “muzzle device” with integrated baffles that you could throw a PVC pipe over to go quiet? I’m sure it was made of all MIM and Creepy Crawler plastic, but I’d pop off on one if they were on shelves.

K this isnt a glock copy its what the glock probably hoped it would be. Yes it ha a captive trigger to sear assembly similar to glock though im sure the sig can have the internal pieces removed or replaced, secondly YOU DONT HAVE TO PULL THE TRIGGER TO TAKE DOWN THE GUN they pretty much said that for glock and Springfield. Does your glock have inter changeable grips that change the full curcumfernce of your frame oh you dont ok so another reason this isnt a glock this is a very nice pistol by no means an mk25 oh and did your glock come with front cocking serations oh it didnt cool story bro
