Behind the scenes of the 1950’s themed photo shoots:

The Hot Shots pictures and models always look top notch.  Whoever they have doing the makeup and the photoshopping on this one really seems to have that updated 1950’s look nailed.

The calendar is available on the Hot Shots website for $13 + an ungodly shipping price of $14. WTF?!

One question I have is why did they come to the US again to shoot this calendar?  Edgar Brothers is a UK based business that no doubt has access to any weapon they want.  Did they just want to take the girls on an expensive field trip?  If shooting in the US was something that needed to be done for other reasons, then why not just save money by hiring some good looking American girls?

If this is where the zombie craze is headed now, I’m on board:

The calendar is from everyone’s favorite morale patch mad scientist MIL-SPEC Monkey.

The calendar will be released early November. I wish I had a use for paper calendars, but sadly I do not.

Four more models we have not seen yet:

You can check out the first two models in the previous post I did about the calendar.  God I love that accent coming from a girl.

The 2013 calendar isn’t out yet, but when it is 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the UK based Help for Heroes.  Check out the Hot Shots Calendar website for purchase info and more pictures.

Thoughts?  Who’s quitting their job today and becoming a photographer?

You’ll likely hate your job after watching this:

But photography is such hard work you say!  Those re-shoots with models must be so frustrating and annoying.  I remember hearing about this one guy complain the ice wasn’t cold enough and the cheese plate wasn’t stinky enough. I’d be pretty pissed off too, let me tell you.  LOL

I’m really surprised there isn’t a popular American version of this.  I’ve seen various US firearm companies make an effort, but none ever get the exposure and buzz like this calendar does as far as I know.

Looks like tough work being a photographer:

Although I have zero use for a non-online calendar, I approve this one if your needs differ.

The calendars are around $28 with shipping – HERE

50% of the proceeds go to UK based charity Help For Heroes

Being a photographer looks tough:

You’d have to get pretty used to being muzzle swept, and be able to tolerate general stupidity with guns though by the looks of it.

The calendar is put out buy UK based Edgar Brothers.  It is around $30 shipped to the U.S., 50% of the net proceeds go to the UK based “Help For Heroes” foundation. Looks like Edgar Brothers has some pretty serious equipment at their disposal.

You can order it – HERE
