Episode #3:
Good stuff. Keeping the momentum going this season, I like it.
My attention span is notoriously short nowadays, but the flow of this third season manages to keep it more often than not.

New 4th episode:
The locations, the guns, the music, the cinematography, the message… all 100.
Yea, a lot of people are VERY naive to the potential of an incident happening which could end or permanently change their own life. I think what’s almost worse, is when some people fully understand that possibility but are like “oh, well I could never shoot someone!”…. and I’m like so basically what you’re saying is that you put more value on the life of an armed robber / rapist / murderer etc… than you do on your own? Cool story bro, I guess they can write “selflessly spared a criminals life over his/her own” on your tombstone.

I already had photoshop open and was working on “FREE NOIR” t-shirts during the first segment, before he busted out at around 3:00.
4:24 – Janice is TRIPPPPPPPPPIN again. She’s a perfect antagonist for this kind of thing. I just can’t picture these two chilling out together. They must have something else in common like a love of the same music, or fashion etc. It’s almost like she knows she’s wrong when her points get shot down over and over, but she’s too proud to admit it because she has been on that for so long.

NOIR: “Hey Rami, it’s Colion Noir… yea so we still on for the interview tonight? Where’s the best place for you to meet up?”
RAMI: “You know the alley behind the Jack in the Box on Maple Ave?”
NOIR: “Uh yea..?”
RAMI: “Well I live in a van there. Come thru.”
NOIR: “Say no more fam.” *click*
8:12 –
10:18 – Nice… a SAW segment. Do people pick up their links at the range? I’m assuming they aren’t in massive supply so they probably do. That would be a pain considering they are dark colored and small. At least with brass it’s shiny.
12:44 – I’m finding this athletic shooting more watchable now since it doesn’t involve LaSorte and Amy (both seemed like nice people). Basically I’m here to watch Noir for a few minutes, I don’t want to see other people shoot unless they are going to blow my mind Jerry Miculek style.

It was nice to see ENDO Apparel made an appearance in a few of the clips at the beginning. :)
COMMENTThe first episode of this new season:
I always like NOIR. Being a gun-humor guy, I really tend to gravitate more to funny stuff (which he used to do tons of as you guys likely remember). I hope season 3 comes with more humor, and less watching him and LaSorte burn through ammo on shooting courses. I just skip past those segments, even if one of those good looking girls they used to have on is shooting. I might be in the minority here though, I don’t know. Watching someone else do something was never really high on my list, and the main reason I don’t like watching sports on TV of any type.
One thing I did notice, is the Mossberg sponsorship really showed a few times this episode. The NRA has lots of money now, I don’t know why they didn’t just keep the show 100% unsponsored. I suppose though as long as none of the guys are doing “reviews”, then there’s really no downside to Mossberg picking up all or some of the tab… besides the fact we’re likely going to have to hear that name plugged more than any other manufacturer.

Truuuuuuuuuuuu. I could quote a bunch of lines which I thought were awesome, but you should just watch the video.
I sure still miss MrColionNoir‘s funny vids, especially since him and I have such similar interests and a similar sense of humor. Something tells me the NRA doesn’t have the same sense of humor about a lot of that stuff from back in the day though.

I find I watch NOIR strictly for the skits. A lot of them are really good; take the LaSorte dating advice skit in this episode for instance. The “Athletic shooter” thing obviously interests a lot of people or they wouldn’t be doing it… but I’m just not a sports guy at all, even if it is involving shooting so I have to skip past it.
MrColionNoir is wearing the Defend Freedom shirt from ENDO Apparel. Good to see him in ENDO as always.
